I love Greek yogurt and find it to be a healthy summer food for so many reasons.
I have been making smoothies from yogurt and bananas for many years, but the past few months, nothing could be better than Greek yogurt with sliced bananas and strawberries.
What I didn’t know is how extremely healthy Greek yogurt was until I happened upon many articles on the internet explaining the benefits.

For best weight loss, choose plain Greek yogurt instead of fruit-flavored for lower calorie intake. That makes it doubly worth it!!

My body wants to gain weight these days as my metabolism slows down.
Gaining weight is sneaky and happens just one pound at a time. Living healthy is important whether or not you are overweight. Diabetes and high blood pressure are silent diseases that affect even those that are slim.
I have tried to eat healthy for years, but it is always a challenge. There are always addictive sugary snacks and desserts that are so tempting. I am eating Greek yogurt each morning for breakfast as a healthy summer food to start my day off right.
